Marie Hodson, The Performer, Agent and Promoter of this show works tirelessly in all she endeavours to do for her love of country music and her country music friends. She has worked hard at the portrayal of Patsy and it shows. Visiting Patsy Cline’s home in Winchester Virginia, meeting with Patsy’s brother in-law to gain insight into the great icon! Singing for a tour Party through her home, and visiting and paying homage at her resting place at Shenandoah Memorial Park Cemetery. Marie doesn’t take NO for an answer and is quick to move on and knock on another door, after all, when Elvis sang at the Grand Ole Opry, they said he wouldn’t amount to anything’.
Marie has 5 albums to her name, with a brand new tribute album to Patsy titled ‘Reclined Walkin after Patsy’. She loves to not only sing Patsy, but the beautiful traditionals of yesteryear. Little did the listeners know it was written by Mel Tillis, Ray Price in 1959. Marie exudes talent, and it shows, her emotion in a song will bring you to tears. Why? Because she has lived those stories.

John has been a country music Performer for many years and is highly known to Victorian and NSW Fans, winning a Tiara Award in 1990. His fan base is huge and is wowing Victorian crowds with his band ‘The Lawrence Band.’ His love for Merle is long, having sung Merle for many years, John gives a stellar performance of this late great icon.
